Are you passionate about shaping exceptional landscape architecture projects, taking responsibility from concept to completion, and playing an active role in their design and realisation?

As an experienced Project Manager, you will take responsibility for multiple new-build landscape projects across various planning and construction phases.g You will combine a strong design sensibility with technical, organisational and commercial expertise, independently managing projects from detailed design through to completion.

You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, coordinate collaboration between all project stakeholders and ensure that projects are delivered in a structured and efficient manner. You will also contribute your experience to the team and, where appropriate, support the professional development of junior colleagues.

The role also offers the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities, with the potential to progress into a Team Lead position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently manage multiple complex landscape architecture projects across various project phases (SIA 31–53)

• Take responsibility for design, planning and technical quality, as well as project costs, schedules, budgets and overall progress

• Plan and manage project resources and coordinate collaboration within project teams

• Advise and maintain regular communication with clients, while coordinating specialist consultants, authorities and other project stakeholders

• Ensure efficient project organisation and structured decision-making processes

• Encourage professional exchange within the team and support the development of colleagues

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our projects, processes and ways of working

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in Landscape Architecture, an advanced qualification in landscape construction technology or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in a landscape architecture practice

• Proven experience independently managing complex projects, including costs, schedules and budgets

• Strong knowledge of relevant planning and construction processes, including the corresponding SIA phases

• Extensive plant knowledge and a solid understanding of landscape construction techniques

• A confident and professional approach when working with clients and project partners, supported by strong communication and negotiation skills

• A structured, solution-oriented and independent working style, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset

• A collaborative attitude and enjoyment of working with a wide range of project stakeholders

• Proficiency in Vectorworks, b'files and Microsoft 365 is an advantage

• Excellent written and spoken German and English; French is an advantage
