Your Responsibilities

• Independently manage and coordinate the construction execution of garden and landscape architectural projects

• Monitor schedules, costs and quality throughout all phases of project implementation

• Prepare tenders, award contracts and supervise contractor performance

• On-site construction management: coordinate craftsmen, contractors and suppliers

• Serve as the main contact for clients, authorities, contractors and internal project teams

• Document and follow up on construction projects

Preferred Profile

• Completed degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticultural Engineering, or equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or execution planning in landscape architecture

• Strong technical understanding and construction expertise

• Excellent plant knowledge and a keen sense of design and material selection

• Proficiency in M365; familiarity with Vectorworks is desirable

• Excellent German and English skills

• Assertiveness, organizational talent and a high degree of personal responsibility
